The fresh baked bread and croissants, our delicious cakes, the bio jams and honey, the unfailing Nutella will delight you. A cup of coffee, a creamy cappuccino or a glass of apple juice from Val di Non are indicated to start the day in the right way. Milk or yoghurt can be well combined with cornflakes and different kind of muesli, with fresh or dried fruit according to your personal taste. The alpine cheese will delight your palate, you might eat it with scrambled eggs and bacon or to stuff a toast. You can also find sausage, sliced every morning, such as Speck from Alto Adige, ham and row ham from Casa Modena.

The buffet has a space dedicated to Gluten Free products, for celiac people.
